Our signature cocktails are a big part of who we are. Whether you are starting the evening at the bar or ordering one with dinner, they bring the same playful streak as our cooking. Haylaz means “naughty” in Turkish, after all.

Opening times
We are open Wednesday to Sunday: Wednesday 11am to 9pm, Thursday 11am to 10pm, Friday and Saturday 10am to 11pm, and Sunday 10am to 9pm.

Book a table online for up to 14 guests. For a celebration with friends or colleagues, our private dining and events are for 10 to 48 guests on Wednesday to Sunday evenings.
