If you are looking for somewhere to eat in Tufnell Park, Haylaz Brasserie sits at 153 Fortess Road, just steps from Tufnell Park station. We are a modern European neighbourhood brasserie, with a chef-led kitchen, a bar serving signature cocktails, and a dining room made for long, unhurried meals.
Modern European, with a naughty twist
Haylaz means “naughty” in Turkish, and that playful streak runs through everything we do. Our kitchen brings British ingredients together with French technique and a touch of Nordic influence. The cooking is classic at heart, with a little mischief on the plate.

A room to settle into
Inside, you will find exposed brick, deep banquettes, marble tables and warm pendant lights, with framed prints and the glow of our neon sign. It is a room for a dinner for two, a catch-up with friends or a family celebration.

The bar is a big part of Haylaz. Alongside the food, we serve signature cocktails and wine to match, whether you are coming in for a full meal or a drink before dinner.
When we are open

- Wednesday: 11am to 9pm
- Thursday: 11am to 10pm
- Friday and Saturday: 10am to 11pm
- Sunday: 10am to 9pm
Last bookings are at 8pm on weekdays, and 8:30pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

Planning a celebration? Our private dining and events are for 10 to 48 guests, on Wednesday to Sunday evenings.
